Jeff Finke, Owner
Jeff has called the Real Estate Industry home for over 35 years! While concentrating the first half of his career assisting clients buying and selling homes, he ranked among the top agents in Bartholomew County. During the past 20 years his focus has been on renovating homes. His passion is taking tired, worn out and dated properties and turning them into updated turnkey homes with modern floor plans, amenities and finishes. Jeff and his team have completed 300 plus renovations!

Izzy, our project manager, has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry in Columbus. She spent the last 2 decades in the competitive rental market establishing a reputation as a well-respected property manager. Her professionalism, patience, and people-first attitude are the strengths she brings to Turnkey Warehouse Suites. Izzy is motivated by a passion for helping others and enjoys being directly involved in building a sense of community in Columbus.
