Each suite has individually metered utilities—water, sewer, gas, and electric. These utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and not included in the lease.
All units are 52'x27' interior, new construction space. This equals 1,400 sq. ft. of fully customizable space.
Yes, you have 24/7 access and the bright, LED energy efficient lighting makes it safe and secure to enter and exit in the dark. You also gain access by the two 36-inch entry doors — one in the front, one in the back. Both are keyed and have a deadbolt. The large overhead door comes with an opener and optional remote.
There are video surveillance cameras on the exterior of the warehouses which oversees all the units. The cameras are recording 24/7.
There is ample parking and 90-feet of space between each warehouse.
The side walls are 16-feet high. They are insulated and metal.
The overhead door is 14'x14'. It is insulated with an opener and comes with a remote option. The front entry and back entry doors are both 36-inches wide and are keyed with a deadbolt.
Yes, there is an exterior water spigot and exterior electrical, too.
Trash service is included. The dumpster is conveniently located between the two warehouse buildings.

All the warehouse suites are climate-controlled with energy-efficient HVAC with a gas furnace and 20-gallon electric water heater.
These upscale suites have a beautiful, durable epoxy-finished floor with a 6-foot floor drain.
Yes, each unit comes equipped with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for added safety.
A spacious and private, ADA-compliant restroom is standard in each warehouse suite. It also has a commercial grade utility sink, 6-ft floor drain, and 20-gallon electric water heater.
The units do not have a kitchen or break room but they are fully plumbed and ready as an optional upgrade.
Each unit is plumbed for a stack washer/dryer but does not come standard. You are welcome to bring yours and add it to your space.
Although a backup generator is not included, each suite is wired for generator back up with an exterior inlet box.
